Whilst I’m young- I’ve packed lots in. I believe in living life to the full and bringing the best out in myself.  I moved from Ireland in 2002 to Australia with my fiance, and have spent many months traveling the world. I’ve lived in 5 different countries since 1997 experiencing many adventures (some may say surviving), built a successful IT career, health business etc

Yep, that’s what I started to think a few years ago. I began to realise that there had to be more to life than achieving my next goal or constantly pushing myself.  So I embarked on my biggest challenge yet.. to figure out what I truly wanted for myself and to smash through any blockages holding me back. I love empowering others to do the same for their lives.
